Remember how much fun exercise and sports were as a kid? You didn't need to think about it...schedule it...get geared out for it. You just did it. In our busy, hectic world today, it's easy for exercise to become pushed aside, and more and more difficult to take time to make it part of our lives.
We at HiDef recognize the importance of exercise and would like to share with you a little bit about TeamFit, our company-wide exercise program. The impetus for TeamFit is our desire to see our employees be the best they can possibly be, not only in terms of their career goals but also in the areas of their overall health and well-being. Physical exercise plays a vital role in one’s health and general outlook on life which, in turn, contributes to one's productivity both at home and at work. Furthermore, it has been shown to be a significant contributor to one's ability to relax and get a good night's sleep.

We believe that implementation of an exercise program is especially important among people who work in our industry, or in any virtual environment, where spending a great deal of time in front of a computer is the norm. TeamFit not only encourages exercise, but it’s a great team-building tool as well. We encourage our employees to try new activities, and to participate in a variety of forms of exercise. HiDef even awards its employees on a monthly basis by offering prizes for accomplishments such as 'most improved team member' and 'most interesting form of exercise'. Although we haven't had anyone yet try skysurfing or underwater frisbee, currently, our team members are participating in cycling, running, swimming, soccer as well as yoga and even various forms of dance. We're having a great time and getting fit.

I Love Team Fit
Team Fit has actually been really fun! It gives me some accountability to stay active. Over the past few months I've logged tons of miles on my bike just to get ahead of some of you. Linda, of course, is impossible to catch.
But there's something to be said about exercising regularly. It actually keeps my mind sharper those days which I've done some kind of exercise, making me more productive.
The Fittest I've Been In Years
TeamFit has been a fantastic program thats been a great motivator to get me exercising again. When it comes to working out and staying fit, being a part of a team is the only way I can stay motivated. That's why this program works, we keep each other accountable!
