Tom has over six years of experience in software quality assurance, as well as over 14 years in overall information technology. If there is a system out there, Tom has probably tested it, as his experience ranges from embedded Linux systems to mainframe-based .net applications. Tom is experienced with Agile/Scrum, traditional iterative, CMMi and Waterfall methodologies in the software development life cycle, and believes that best practices are essential to making a project successful.
