Always the big thinker, T.J. remembers commenting on the design qualities of billboards, and considering business process improvements at Denny's before he was even 10 years old. Fast-forward a couple decades, and you have a level-headed, highly creative mind, whose perspective and out-of-the box thinking provide leadership and direction for HiDef. From the time he first wrote his own blogging script in 1998 until now, T.J. has stayed on the forefront of web technologies such as Drupal that have put large web applications within reach of modest budgets. In recent years, he's moved away from the coding arena into the realm of new technology and entrepreneurship. Most likely you'll find T.J. mulling over the future of technology, and creating roadmaps for how teams of the future will collaborate on Great Causes and social movements.
